Business Development Manager
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic in digital marketing to help us reach out and acquire new clients that require online marketing or advertising.
You will proactively seek out for potential business opportunities by actively generating prospecting activities through cold calling, canvassing or engaging with your current client base, qualifying new and existing leads, contacting potential clients directly to set up on going meeting.
You are expected to make sales presentation to business owners or decision makers and negotiate effectively to secure new clients marketing or advertising campaign contracts. You should be highly persuasive, results oriented and digitally savvy.
Training will be provided to successful hired on the different channels of digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Candidates have to be
- Identify marketing and advertising needs of potential new or existing clients
- Prepare and present effective digital marketing solutions for clients’ businesses, connecting them with their target audience
- Deliver high impact sales presentations
- Negotiate effectively with clients
- Ensure professional representation with every customer interactions
- Ensure individual sales targets are achieved
- Willing to learn and upgrade knowledge on digital marketing solutions
Skills/Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of corporate sales experience with proven track record in sales achievement
- Possess good oral and written communications skills
- Confident and resourceful with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Analytical, meticulous and organised
- Possess good attention to details
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
- “Can do” positive attitude.
- Strong desktop skills are highly desirable. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM & other digital media will be an advantage
