How to change Google My Business Page Custom URL for the second time?

Apart from normal SEO, local SEO is equally important for businesses to increase online visibility in the Google places/maps results. However, luckily with the help from the Google support team, I was able to change it successfully for the second time. I found out that only Google side has the full control power to validate your request and make the change if you are going for a second change.
